Brodie’s BIO.

Lead singer, guitarist, and manager from Clayton North Carolina, Brodie Cormack, has spent the last several years developing his reputation in the local music scene. Brodie is a student at Wayne Community College majoring in Entertainment Technologies, and is involved in many local communities, such as the WPYB Radio Station in Benson. Brodie has expanded his repertoire more and more around central North Carolina in Clayton, Garner, Fuquay-Varina, Raleigh, Benson, Dunn, Coats, Goldsboro, Morrisville, and Holly Springs.

Brodie has always tried to follow in his hero's footsteps. He is devoted to sticking to his traditional country roots bringing back the real country sound. People like Hank Williams Sr, Willie Nelson, and Waylon Jennings are driving forces in his sound, along with some of his other rock, pop, and soul influences such as Jerry Lee Lewis, Chuck Berry, The Beatles, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Elvis, and Aretha Franklin have come together to make the band’s unique sound. Brodie started his first band when he was only 14 years old where he fell in love with performing and has stuck to it ever since.

Josh has been Brodie’s best friend since high school where they met through Brodie’s first band. Josh has played various instruments for Brodie’s bands but finally found that lead guitar was the perfect fit. Together, they have built up the band to what it is today and are both extremely proud of everything that they’re accomplished at such a young age. They both love making people happy and speaking to people through their passion for music.

The Band’s BIO.

The Brodie Cormack Band doesn’t just play music, it’s in your face honky tonk. They combine the best elements of southern rock with their traditional country roots, mixing inspirations from their heroes. From Hank Williams to Lynyrd Skynyrd, from Willie Nelson to Stevie Ray Vaughan, the Brodie Cormack Band has a little bit of everything for everyone. The Brodie Cormack Band doesn’t only provide exceptional music, but a foot stomping, hand clapping, and dancing atmosphere for fans to make unforgettable memories in.

Look for the Brodie Cormack Band at a venue near you and discover why they are rising so quickly in the Raleigh music scene. Their contagious sounds and smiles will have you hooked. The Brodie Cormack Band isn’t in the entertainment business, they’re in the happy business. They love nothing more than making their fans happy through their music and that happiness serves as strong motivation.

Though this band may be young, they’re no stranger to the stage. Some of their largest venues include Lorraine’s Coffee House in Garner, NC and Uncle Jessie’s Honky Tonk in Raleigh. Over time they have become well versed in performing almost every weekend.

The humble beginnings of Brodie’s first traditional country band playing every week was followed by the band breaking up and having to form a new one. From starting over and trying to build his way back up, Brodie knows how to butt his head into the local music scene. The Brodie Cormack Band is more successful than ever, growing more and more every day.
